26 full-time financial advisors with OVB Vermögensberatung (Schweiz) AG and 10
full-time financial advisors with OVB Conseils en patrimoine France Sarl have
declared their intention to leave the company. OVB Vermögensberatung (Schweiz)
AG and OVB Conseils en patrimoine France Sarl are subsidiaries of OVB Holding
AG. The share contributed by OVB Vermögensberatung (Schweiz) AG to the Group´s
total sales commission generated in the year 2009 was approx. 4.71 %
altogether, the contribution of OVB Conseils en patrimoine France Sarl to total
sales commission amounted to approx. 3.19 %.
